What exactly is a scoop?
A scoop is a mystery bundle that starts with resin beads. Each scoop includes 14–18 resin beads, and every bead is matched with a unique prize. This creates a surprise mix of plushies, stationery, squishies, purses, scrunchies, and other cute goodies—no two scoops are exactly the same. -
Can I pick my characters or colors?
You can request your favorite characters and colors, and the scoops are packed with your preferences in mind. Exact matches can’t be guaranteed, but every effort is made to match your scoop to what you love while still keeping it a fun mystery. -
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You’ll see the full shipping cost before you pay. -
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders without a video ship within 5–7 business days. Orders that include a packing video usually ship within 7–10 business days, since the video is filmed and edited before the scoop is sent out. -
How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping time depends on the carrier and your location. In the U.S., most orders arrive in about 5–7 business days after they ship (without a video) or 7–10 business days (with a video). Tracking is provided so you can follow your scoop’s journey. -
When will my packing video be posted on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube?
If your order includes a packing video, it is usually filmed and posted within 7–10 business days after your order is packed. It will be shared on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube so you can watch your scoop being made and share it with friends and family. You’ll also receive direct links by email, so your videos are easy to find and share.
